The Lion’s Club will be in charge of the parade again this year with the high school band, cheer leaders, and all kinds of floats. They will advertise the theme and Grand Marshal at a later date, andd if you wish to have a float or anything in the parade, contact Tom Martin at 903-849-7154. Applications will be published in the paper. Perry Eaton of BISD will be in charge of the entertainment and promises that it will be very entertaining. There will be more parking this year as the city has purchased more land for the park.
We are excited about this year’s activities and are looking forward to everyone having a good time. We will have talent, chili cook-off, and all kinds of food, music, crafts, arts, train ride, games, etc. We already have 9 kinds of food reserved and 19 booths rented.
Registration forms for the Pow-Wow Booths are at the Chamber office from 9 till 1 each day, and in the foyer 24 hours a day. We will also have form in the paper. You may also get and print the Booth Registration Form right here as either PFD file or JPG image.

| Classic Antique Car Show |

| Details: | Classic Antique Car Show. Antique and clasic vehicles of all shapes and colors are on display. No entry fee and no admittion charge. Come look at those neat old cars that you new when you were a kid or was it your first vehicle? Each month we award a "Peoples Choice Award" selected by ballots cast by you the viewer. September we had 18 cars and 63 ballots. Folks looked, some danced to the 50’s - 60’s music provided by the DJ. People came, enjoyed, and some helped our merchants in their businesses. The Me 2 Ranch,Yankee Stitches,and Citizens National Bank donated prizes and handouts. Everyone enjoyed!
